Overview

MC10/100EP51 はリセット機能付きの差動クロック D フリップフロップです。このデバイスは EL51 および LVEL51 デバイスと機能的には同等です。リセット入力は、非同期のレベル・トリガ信号です。クロックが LOW の場合、データはフリップフロップのマスター部分に入力され、クロックの正の遷移時にスレーブ、つまり出力に転送されます。EP51 の差動クロック入力により、このデバイスは負エッジ・トリガされるデバイスとしても使用できます。差動入力は、クランプ回路を使用して、オープン入力状態で安定性を維持します。オープンのままにすると、CLK 入力は VEE にプルダウンされ、CLKbar 入力は VCC / 2 にバイアスされます。
