Overview

MC10EP/100EP52 は、差動データであり、リセット機能付きの差動クロック D フリップフロップです。このデバイスは EL52 デバイスと機能的には同等です。クロックが LOW の場合、データはフリップフロップのマスター部分に入力され、クロックの正の遷移時にスレーブ、つまり出力に転送されます。EP52 の差動クロック入力により、このデバイスは負エッジ・トリガされるデバイスとしても使用できます。EP52 は入力クランプ回路を採用しているため、オープン入力状態 (VEE にプルダウン) でデバイスの出力は安定したままになります。

  • 330ps Typical Propagation Delay
  • Maximum Frequency > 4 GHz Typical
  • PECL Mode: VCC = 3.0 V to 5.5 V with VEE = 0 V
  • NECL Mode: VCC = 0 V with VEE = -3.0 V to -5.5 V
  • Open Input Default State
  • Safety Clamp on Inputs
  • Q Output will default LOW with inputs open or at VEE
  • Pb-Free Packages are Available
