MC10EL/100EL01 は 4 入力 OR/NOR ゲートです。このデバイスはより高い性能を持つ E101 デバイスと機能的には同等です。E101 よりも伝播遅延と出力遷移時間が大幅に短い EL01 は、最高の AC 性能を必要とするアプリケーションに最適です。100 シリーズには温度補償があります。

  • 230ps Propagation Delay
  • ESD Protection: > 1 KV HBM, > 100 V MM
  • PECL Mode Operating Range: VCC= 4.2 V to 5.7 V with VEE= 0 V
  • NECL Mode Operating Range: VCC= 0 V with VEE= -4.2 V to -5.7 V
  • Internal Input Pulldown Resistors
  • Meets or Exceeds JEDEC Spec EIA/JESD78 IC Latchup Test
  • Moisture Sensitivity Level 1

  • Flammability Rating: UL-94 code V-0 @ 1/8", Oxygen Index 28 to 34
