Overview

MC10EL/100EL05 は、2 入力差動 AND/NAND ゲートです。このデバイスはピンで、より高い性能を持つ E404 デバイスと機能的には同等です。 E404 よりも伝播遅延と出力遷移時間が大幅に短い EL05 は、最高の AC 性能を必要とするアプリケーションに最適です。負の 2 入力 NAND は 2 入力 OR 関数と同等であるため、デバイスの差動入力および出力により、EL05 を 2 入力差動 OR/NOR ゲートとしても使用できます。差動入力はクランプ回路を採用しているため、オープン入力状態 (VEE にプルダウン) では、AND ゲートへの入力は HIGH になります。このようにして、1 つの入力セットが開いている場合、ゲートは他の入力に対してアクティブのままになります。100 シリーズには温度補償が含まれています。

  • ESD Protection: > 1 kV HBM, > 100 V MM
  • PECL Mode Operating Range: VCC= 4.2 V to 5.7 V with VEE= 0 V
  • NECL Mode Operating Range: VCC= 0 V with VEE= -4.2 V to -5.7 V
  • Internal Input Pulldown Resistors
  • Meets or Exceeds JEDEC Spec EIA/JESD78 IC Latchup Test
  • Moisture Sensitivity Level 1
