Overview

MC10/100EP445 は統合 8 ビット差動シリアル/パラレル・データコンバータで、フレーム非同期データ再同期を備えています。このデバイスは、最大 5.0 Gb/s までの NRZ データレートに対応するように設計されています。変換シーケンスは第 1 のシリアル・ビット Q0 に、第 2 のビットを Q1 に変換するように選択されました。SINSEL により選択される 2 つの選択可能な差動シリアル入力のおかげで、このデバイスにはループバック・テスト機能があります。MC10/100EP445 には 2 つ以上の連続するクロック・サイクルに対して HIGH にホールドされる時、変換データの開始を Dn から Dn+1 にシフトする 1 ビットのデータを受け入れる Sync ピンがあります。各追加シフトは Sync ピンに適用する追加パルスを必要とします。内部クロック回路をリセットおよび無効化するため制御ピンが追加されています。さらに、シングルエンド入力用の VBB ピンが提供されます。100 シリーズには温度補償があります。
