Overview

MC10/100EP446 は、統合 8 ビット・パラレル/シリアル・データ・コンバータです。このデバイスは独自の回路トポロジで最大 3.2 Gb/s までの NRZ データ・レートに対応するように設計されています。パラレル・データからシリアル・データ・ストリームへの変換シーケンスは、ビット D0 から D7 です。パラレル入力ピン D0 〜 D7 は、CMOS、ECL、または TTL レベル信号によって閾値制御されるように構成可能です。シリアル・データ・レート出力は、CKSEL ピンを使用して、内部クロック・データ・レートまたは内部データ・レートの 2 倍で選択できます。内部クロック回路 (CKEN) をリセット (SYNC) および無効化するため制御ピンが追加されています。どちらの CKSEL モードでも、内部フリップフロップは CLK の立ち上がりエッジでトリガされ、マルチプレクサは CLK の立ち下がりエッジで切り替えられるため、関連する仕様制限はすべてクロック入力の負エッジをリファレンスしています。さらに、シングルエンド入力用の VBB ピンが提供されます。100 シリーズ・デバイスには、温度補償ネットワークが含まれています。
