Overview

MC10EPT20 は、差動 PECL トランスレータへの 3.3 V TTL/CMOS です。PECL (ポジティブ ECL) レベルが使用されるため、必要なのは +3.3 V とグランドのみです。小型アウトライン SOIC-8 パッケージとシングル・ゲート EPT20 が特徴で、スペース、性能、および低電力が重要とされるアプリケーションに最適です。

  • Precision Clock Translation

  • 390ps Typical Propagation Delay
  • Maximum Frequency > 1 Ghz Typical
  • PNP TTL Inputs for Minimal Loading
  • Operating Range V CC = 3.0V to 3.6V with GND = 0
  • Q Output will default HIGH with inputs open
