Overview

CAV25040 は、EEPROM シリアル 4-Kb SPI 車載グレード・デバイスで、内部的に 512x8 ビットで編成されています。16 バイトのページ書き込みバッファを備え、シリアル・ペリフェラル・インタフェース (SPI) プロトコルをサポートします。CAV25040 は、チップ・セレクト (CS) 入力経由で有効化されます。また、必要なバス信号は、クロック入力 (SCK) ライン、データ入力 (SI) ライン、およびデータ出力 (SO) ラインです。HOLD 入力を使用して、CAV25040 デバイスとのシリアル通信を一時停止できます。このデバイスは、部分的なアレイ保護と完全なアレイ保護を含む、ソフトウェアとハードウェアの書き込み保護を備えています。
