Overview

CAT24WC66 は 64-Kb シリアル CMOS EEPROM で、内部的には 1 ワードあたり 8 ビットの 8192 ワードで編成されています。オン・セミコンダクターの高性能な CMOS テクノロジにより、デバイスの電源要件が大幅に削減されます。CAT24WC66 は、32 バイトのページ書き込みバッファを備えています。このデバイスは I2C バス・シリアル・インタフェースを介して動作し、8 ピン PDIP または 8 ピン SOIC パッケージで提供されます。
