Overview

NV25M01 は、EEPROM シリアル 1-Mb SPI 車載グレードのデバイスで、内部的に 128Kx8 ビットで編成されています。256 バイトのページ書き込みバッファを備え、シリアル・ペリフェラル・インタフェース (SPI) プロトコルをサポートします。チップ・セレクト (CS) 入力経由で有効化されます。また、必要なバス信号は、クロック入力 (SCK) ライン、データ入力 (SI) ライン、およびデータ出力 (SO) ラインです。HOLD 入力を使用して、NV25M01 デバイスとのシリアル通信を一時停止できます。このデバイスは、部分的なアレイ保護と完全なアレイ保護を含むソフトウェアとハードウェアの書き込み保護を備えています。OnChip ECC (Error Correction Code) が、デバイスを高信頼性アプリケーションに適したものにします。
