Overview

CAT28F010 は、システム内または販売後のコード更新を必要とするアプリケーションに最適な、高速 128k x 8 ビットの電気的に消去および再プログラミング可能なフラッシュ・メモリです。全メモリ内容の電気的消去は、通常 0.5 秒以内に達成されます。これは、標準の EPROM および EEPROM デバイスと互換性のあるピンおよび読み取りタイミングです。プログラミングと消去は、操作と検証アルゴリズムによって実行されます。命令は、2 つの書き込みサイクル方式を使用して、I/O バス経由で入力されます。アドレスとデータは、書き込み操作中に I/O バスとアドレス・バスを解放するためにラッチされます。CAT28F010 は、オン・セミコンダクターの高度な CMOS フローティング・ゲート技術を使用して製造されています。100,000 回のプログラム/消去サイクルに耐えるように設計されています。データ保持期間は 10 年です。このデバイスは、JEDEC 承認済みの 32 ピン・プラスチック DIP、32 ピン PLCC または 32 ピン TSOP パッケージで提供されます。
