Overview

CAT22C10 NVRAM は 256 ビット不揮発性メモリで、64 ワード x 4 ビットで編成されます。高速の静的 RAM アレイは不揮発性 EEPROM アレイによりビット対ビットでバックアップされ、RAM アレイから EEPROM (保存 STORE) および EEPROM から RAM (リコール RECALL) へのデータの転送が簡単にできます。STORE 動作は最長 10 ms で完了し、RECALL 動作は通常 1.5 µs 以内です。CAT22C10 は、外部 RAM 書き込み、または EEPROM からの内部リコールのいずれかを経由する無制限の RAM 書き込み動作を備えています。内部の誤保存保護回路により VCC が 3.0 V 未満の時 STORE 動作が禁止されます。CAT22C10 はオン・セミコンダクターの高度な CMOS フローティング・ゲート技術を使用して製造されています。100,000 回のプログラム/消去サイクル (EEPROM) に耐えるように設計されていて、データ保持期間は 10 年です。このデバイスは JEDEC 承認済みの 18 リード・プラスチック DIP および 16 リード SOIC パッケージで提供されます。
