Overview

MC14024B は、伝搬遅延が短く、最大クロック・レートが高い 7 段のリップル・カウンタです。リセット入力には標準的なノイズ耐量がありますが、クロック入力にはヒステリシスによりノイズ耐量が向上しています。各カウンタ・ステージの出力はバッファされます。

  • Diode Protection on All Inputs
  • Output Transitions Occur on the Falling Edge of the Clock Pulse
  • Supply Voltage Range = 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc
  • Capable of Driving Two Low-power TTL Loads or One Low-power Schottky TTL Load Over the Rated Temperature Range
  • Pin-for-Pin Replacement for CD4024B
  • Pb-Free Packages are Available*
