Overview

MC14029B バイナリ/ディケード・アップ/ダウン・カウンタは、シングル・モノリシック構造の MOS P/N チャネル・エンハンスメントモード・デバイスによって構築されています。このカウンタは、ゲーティング構造のタイプ D フリップフロップ段で構成され、トグル・フリップフロップ機能があります。このカウンタは、バイナリまたは BCD 動作のどちらかで使用できます。アップ/ダウン・カウントや差分カウント、および周波数シンセサイザ・アプリケーションでのこれらの相補型 MOS カウンタの主な利用目的は、低電力消費および/または高ノイズ耐量です。A/D および D/A 変換、符号絶対値生成にも有用です。

  • Diode Protection on All Inputs
  • Supply Voltage Range = 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc
  • Internally Synchronous for High Speed
  • Logic Edge-Clocked Design - Count Occurs on Positive Going Edge of Clock
  • Asynchronous Preset Enable Operation
  • Capable of Driving Two Low-power TTL Loads or One Low-power Schottky TTL Load Over the Rated Temperature Range
