Overview

MC14518B デュアル BCD カウンタおよび MC14520B デュアル・バイナリ・カウンタは、シングル・モノリシック構造の MOS P/N チャネル・エンハンスメントモード・デバイスによって構築されています。それぞれ、2 つの同一で、独立した内部同期 4 ステージ・カウンタから構成されます。カウンタ段はタイプ D フリップフロップで、複数段をカスケードするとき、要求に応じて、正方向または負方向への遷移で増分するために、入れ替え可能な Clock 線と Enable 線を持ちます。各カウンタは、リセット・ラインで高レベルを適用することにより、クリアできます。また、MC14518B は、2 クロック期間内の未定義ステートをすべて数から除外します。これらの相補 MOS アップ・カウンタは、主に低電力消費や高ノイズ耐量が要求される多段同期アプリケーションやリップル・カウント・アプリケーションで使用されます。

  • Diode Protection on All Inputs
  • Supply Voltage Range = 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc
  • Internally Synchronous for High Internal and External Speeds
  • Logic Edge-Clocked Design Incremented on Positive Transition of Clock or Negative Transition on Enable
  • Capable of Driving Two Low-power TTL Loads or One Low-power Schottky TTL Load Over the Rated Temperature Range
