Overview

高性能シリコン・ゲート CMOS。MC74HCT14A は TTL または NMOS 出力を高速 CMOS 入力にインタフェースするレベル・コンバータとして使用できます。HCT14A のピンアウトは LS14 と同等です。HCT14A は、遅い入力の立ち上がり時間と立ち下がり時間を「矩形化」するのに役立ちます。シュミット・トリガのヒステリシス電圧により、HCT14A はノイズの多い環境でアプリケーションを検出します。

  • Output Drive Capability: 10 LSTTL Loads
  • TTL/NMOS-Compatible Input Levels
  • Outputs Directly Interface to CMOS, NMOS and TTL
  • Operating Voltage Range: 4.5 to 5.5 V
  • Low Input Current: 1.0 mA
  • In Compliance with the Requirements Defined by JEDEC Standard No. 7A
  • Chip Complexity: 72 FETs or 18 Equivalent Gates
  • Pb-Free Packages are Available
