Overview

NC7NZ17 は US8 パッケージで提供される当社の TinyLogic® 超高速シリーズに属する、シュミット・トリガ入力対応トリプルバッファです。高度な CMOS テクノロジーで製造されていることで、高出力ドライブでの超高速を達成しながら、VCC 動作範囲が非常に広い中でも低静電力損失を維持します。VCC 動作範囲 1.65V ～ 5.5V で動作する仕様になっています。VCC が 0V の場合の入出力は高インピーダンスです。入力耐性は最大電圧 7V、VCC 動作電圧からは独立しています。シュミット・トリガ入力により、通常、5V VCC で正方向と負方向の入力閾値電圧間で 1V のヒステリシスを実現します。
