Overview

NL17SH17 はシングル・ゲート CMOS シュミット・トリガ非反転インバータであり、シリコンゲート CMOS 技術で製造されています。内部回路は、高ノイズ耐量と安定出力を実現するバッファ出力を含む、3 つの段から成ります。NL17SH17 の入力構造により、最大 7 V の電圧が印加された場合にも、電源電圧に関係なく保護されます。これにより、NL17SH17 を使用して 5 V 回路から 3 V 回路へのインタフェースが可能です。NL17SH17 は、ノイズ耐量を引き上げたり、ゆっくり変化する波形を整形したりするのに使用できます。

  • Low Power Dissipation: ICC = 1.0 uA (Max) at TA = 25C
  • Power Down Protection Provided on Inputs

  • Chip Complexity: FETs = 101
