Overview

NL27WZ07 は、1.65 〜 5.5 V 電源で動作するオープン・ドレイン出力対応の高性能デュアル・バッファです。内部回路は、出力スイッチング・レベルを設定する機能を実現するオープン・ドレイン出力を含む、複数の段から成ります。 これにより、NL27WZ07 を使用して、2 回路から、外付け抵抗と電源を使用する VCC ～ 7 V の電圧の回路へのインタフェースが可能です。
