Overview

NC7WZ17はフェアチャイルドの超高速シリーズTinyLogic®製品のシュミット・トリガ入力対応デュアル・バッファです。高度なCMOSテクノロジーで製造されていることで、高出力ドライブでの超高速を達成しながら、VCC動作範囲が非常に広い中でも低静電力損失を維持します。VCC動作範囲1.65V～5.5Vで動作する仕様になっています。VCCが0Vの場合の入出力は高インピーダンスです。入力耐性は最大電圧5.5V、VCC動作電圧からは独立しています。シュミット・トリガ入力により、正負間の入力閾値電圧5Vで通常のヒステリシス1Vを達成します。
