Overview

VHC245 は高度な高速 CMOS オクタル・バス・トランシーバであり、シリコン・ゲート CMOS テクノロジで製造されています。CMOS の低電力消費を維持したまま、同等のバイポーラ・ショットキー TTL と同じ高速動作を実現します。VHC245 はデータ・バス間の双方向の非同期通信を目的としています。データ伝送の方向は、T/R# 入力のレベルによって決まります。イネーブル入力を使用してデバイスを無効にできるため、バスが効果的に分離されます。すべての入力には、静電気放電に対する保護回路が装備されています。
