Overview

LCX16374 は 3 ステート出力を搭載した 16 個の非反転 D タイプ・フリップフロップを備え、バスのアプリケーションを対象としています。このデバイスはバイトで制御されます。バッファードクロック (CP) と出力イネーブル (OE#) は各バイトに共通で、短絡すればフル 16 ビット動作にできます。LCX16374 は、低電圧 (2.5V または 3.3V) VCC のアプリケーション向けに設計されており、5V 信号の環境とのインタフェースが可能です。LCX16374 は、高度な CMOS 技術で製造されており、CMOS の低電力消費を維持したまま高速動作を実現します。
