Overview

LCX821 は、バス編成システム・アプリケーション用の 3 ステート出力を備えた D タイプ・フリップフロップで構成されます。このデバイスは 5V の信号環境とのインタフェースが可能で、低電圧 (2.5V または 3.3V) VCC アプリケーション向けに設計されています。LCX821 は、高度な CMOS 技術で製造されており、CMOS の低電力消費を維持したまま高速動作を実現します。

  • ±24 mA出力ドライブ (VCC = 3.0V)
  • 特許権を有するノイズ/EMI 低減回路を実現する
  • ラッチアップ性能は500mAを超えます
  • ESD性能: 人体モデル > 2000V マシン モデル > 200V
