Overview

高性能シリコンゲート CMOS MC74HCT74A のピンアウトは LS74 と同じです。このデバイスは、TTL または NMOS の出力を高速 CMOS 入力へとインタフェースするレベル・コンバータとして使用できます。 このデバイスは 2 つの D フリップフロップで構成され、それぞれがセット入力、リセット入力、クロック入力を備えています。D 入力の情報は、クロック入力の次の正方向エッジで対応する Q 出力に転送されます。Q および Q 出力はどちらも各フリップフロップから利用できます。セットおよびリセット入力は非同期です。

  • Output Drive Capability: 10 LSTTL Loads
  • TTL NMOS Compatible Input Levels
  • Outputs Directly Interface to CMOS, NMOS, and TTL
  • Operating Voltage Range: 4.5 to 5.5 V
  • Low Input Current: 1.0 mA
  • In Compliance with the Requirements Defined by JEDEC Standard No. 7A
  • Chip Complexity: 136 FETs or 34 Equivalent Gates
  • Pb-Free Packages are Available
