Overview

NC7SZ74 は、フェアチャイルドの超高速シリーズ TinyLogic® のプリセットおよびクリア付きシングル D タイプ、CMOS フリップフロップです。高度な CMOS テクノロジーで製造されていることで、高出力ドライブでの超高速を達成しながら、VCC 動作範囲が 1.65V ～ 5.5V VCC と非常に広い中でも低静電力損失を維持します。VCC が 0V の場合の入出力は高インピーダンスです。入力耐性は最大電圧 7V、VCC 動作電圧からは独立しています。D 入力に印加された信号レベルは、CLK パルスの正方向遷移中に Q 出力へ送られます。
