Overview

MC74VHC595 は、出力ストレージ・レジスタを備えた先進の高速 8 ビット・シフト・レジスタであり、シリコンゲート CMOS 技術で製造されています。CMOS の低電力消費を維持したまま、同等のバイポーラ・ショットキー TTL と同じ高速動作を実現します。MC74VHC595 には、8 ビット D タイプ・ストレージ・レジスタをフィードする 8 ビット・スタティック・シフト・レジスタが含まれています。シフト動作は、シフト・クロック入力 (SCK) の正方向遷移で行われます。出力レジスタは、レジスタ・クロック入力 (RCK) の正方向遷移にシフト・レジスタの内容でロードされます。RCK および SCK 信号は独立しているため、シフト動作時にパラレル出力が安定します。さらに、パラレル出力は 3 ステートなので、VHC595 は 8 ビット・バスに直接接続できます。このレジスタは、シリアルからパラレルへの変換、データ・レシーバなどで使用できます。内部回路は、高ノイズ耐量と安定出力を実現するバッファ出力を含む、3 つの段から成ります。入力は最大 7V までの電圧に耐え、5V システムから 3V システムへのインタフェースが可能です。

  • Balanced Propagation Delays
  • Designed for 2V to 5.5V Operating Range
  • Low Noise: VOLP = 1.0V (Max)
  • Pin and Function Compatible with Other Standard Logic Families
  • Latchup Performance Exceeds 300mA
  • ESD Performance: HBM > 2000V; Machine Model > 200V
  • These are Pb-Free Devices
