Overview

MC14549B および MC14559B 逐次比較レジスタは 8 ビット・レジスタで、逐次比較アナログ・デジタル変換システムに必要なすべてのデジタル制御とストレージを提供します。これらのパーツは 1 つの制御入力のみが異なります。8 ビット以上が必要な場合、カスケード・モードで MC14549B のマスタ・リセット (MR) が必要です。MC14559B のフィード・フォワード (FF) は、レジスタの短縮に使用され、8 サイクル未満の後に変換終了 (EOC) が必要になります。MC14549B および MC14559B のアプリケーションには、シリアルおよびパラレル出力がある AD 変換が含まれます。

  • Capable of Driving 2 Low-Power TTL Loads, 1 Low-Power Schottky TTL Load or 2 HTL Loads Over the Rated Temperature Range
  • Chip Complexity: 488 FETs or 122 Equivalent Gates
  • Pb-Free Packages are Available
