Overview

高性能シリコンゲート CMOS MC74HC164A のピンアウトは LS164 と同等です。入力は標準 CMOS 出力に準拠、プルアップ抵抗器があれば LSTTL 出力に準拠します。 MC74HC164A は 8 ビット、シリアル入力 / 並行出力シフト・レジスタです。1 つの入力をデータ・イネーブルとして使用できるように、2 つのシリアル・データ入力 A1 と A2 が用意されています。データはクロックの各立ち上がりエッジで入力されます。アクティブ・ローの非同期リセットは、クロックおよびシリアル・データ入力を無効にします。

  • Operating Voltage Range: 2 to 6 V
  • Low Input Current: 1 mA
