Overview

高性能シリコンゲート CMOS MC74HC589A は、機能的に HC597 と似ていますが、HC597 は 3 ステート・デバイスではありません。入力は標準 CMOS 出力に準拠、プルアップ抵抗器があれば LSTTL 出力に準拠します。このデバイスは、8 ビット・シフト・レジスタにパラレル・データをフィードする 8 ビット・ストレージ・ラッチで構成されます。また、データはシリアルにもロードできます(「ファンクション・テーブル」を参照)。シフト・レジスタ出力 QH は 3 ステート出力なので、このデバイスをバス指向システムで使用することができます。HC589A は Motorola SPI シリアル・データ・ポートと CMOS MPU/MCU 上で直接インタフェースします。

  • Outputs Directly Interface to CMOS, NMOS, and TTL
  • Operating Voltage Range: 2 to 6 V
  • Low Input Current: 1 mA
  • High Noise Immunity Characteristic of CMOS Devices
  • In Compliance with the Requirements Defined by JEDEC Standard No. 7A
  • Chip Complexity: 526 FETs or 131.5 Equivalent Gates
  • Pb-Free Packages are Available
