Overview

NLSX5004 は、4 ビット構成可能デュアル電源自動感知双方向レベル・トランスレータで、双方向制御ピンは不要です。入力 A ポートおよび出力 B ポートはそれぞれ 2 つの異なる電源レール VCCA と VCCB を追跡するように設計されています。VCCA と VCCB の両方の電源レールは、0.9 V から 3.6 V まで個別に構成可能です。NLSX5004 には高いダイナミック出力電流能力があり、トランスレータが高い容量性負荷を駆動できるようになります。イネーブル入力ピンを使用して電力消費を削減できます。これらのピンを使用して、A ポートと B ポートの両方を 3 ステートにして、VCCA と VCCB の両方からの供給電流を大幅に削減することにより、これらのポートを無効にすることができます。これらのピンは、VCCA 電源を基準としています。NLSX5004 にはアクティブ高イネーブル (EN) があります。

  • These Devices are Pb−Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free and RoHS Compliant
  • NLV Prefix for Automotive and Other Applications Requiring Unique Site and Control Change Requirements; AEC−Q100 Qualified and PPAP Capable
