Overview

NLSX5014 は、4 ビット構成可能デュアル電源自動感知双方向レベル・トランスレータで、双方向制御ピンは不要です。IO Vcc および IO VL ポートはそれぞれ 2 つの異なる電源レール VCC と VL を追跡するように設計されています。VCC と VL の両方の電源レールは、0.9 V から 4.5 V まで構成可能です。これにより、VL 側のロジック信号を VCC 側のロジック信号電圧に変換でき、逆もまた同様になります。NLSX5014 には、VCC および VL 電源の値が独立しているという機能があります。VL は VCC 電源よりも大きいまたは小さい値に設定できるため、設計の柔軟性が最大になります。対照的に、競合する自動センス・トランスレータの大半には、VL 電源の値が (VCC - 0.4) V 未満でなければならないという制限があります。NLSX5014 には高出力電流能力があるため、トランスレータはほとんどの高周波 EMI フィルタなどの高容量負荷を駆動できます。NLSX5014 の別の機能は、各 IO_VLn および IO_VCCn チャネルが入力または出力として機能できることです。出力イネーブル (EN) 入力は電力消費を削減するために使用できます。EN ピンを使用して、両方の I/O ポートをトライステートにして両方の I/O ポートを無効にすることにより、電源を大幅に削減することができます。
