Overview

MC74VHC1G132 は、シングル・ゲート CMOS シュミット NAND トリガであり、シリコン・ゲート CMOS テクノロジーで製造されています。CMOS の低電力消費を維持したまま、同等のバイポーラ・ショットキ TTL と同じ高速動作を実現します。内部回路は、高ノイズ耐量と安定出力を実現するバッファ出力を含む、3つの段から成ります。MC74VHC1G132 の入力構造により、最大 5.5 V の電圧が印加された場合にも、電源電圧に関係なく保護されます。これにより、MC74VHC1G132 を使用して 5 V 回路から 3 V 回路へのインタフェースが可能です。MC74VHC1G132 はノイズ耐量を引き上げたり ゆっくり変化する波形を整形したりするのに使用できます。
