Overview

MC14584B HEX シュミット・トリガは、シングル・モノリシック構造の MOS P/N チャネル・エンハンスメントモード・デバイスによって構築されています。これらのデバイスの主な利用目的は、低電力消費および/または高ノイズ耐量です。MC14584B を MC14069UB HEX インバータの代わりに使って、ノイズ耐量の強化、またはゆっくり変化する波形の整形を行うことができます。

  • Supply Voltage Range = 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc
  • Capable of Driving Two Low-power TTL Loads or One Low-power Schottky TTL Load over the Rated Temperature Range
  • Double Diode Protection on All Inputs
  • Can Be Used to Replace MC14069UB
  • For Greater Hysteresis, Use MC14106B which is Pin-for-Pin Replacement for CD40106B and MM74Cl4
  • Pb-Free Packages are Available*
