Overview

MC74LCX32 は、2.7 ～ 3.6V 電源で動作する高性能クワッド、2 入力 OR ゲートです。高インピーダンス TTL 対応入力は入力ドライバに負荷がかかる電流を著しく低減し、TTL 対応出力はスイッチング・ノイズ性能を向上させます。5.5V の VI 仕様により MC74LCX32 入力を 5V デバイスで安全に駆動することができます。電流駆動能力は出力で 24 mA です。
