Overview

MC74VHC132 は、高度なシリコン・ゲート CMOS 技術で製造された、先進の高速 CMOS シュミット NAND トリガです。CMOS の低電力消費を維持したまま、同等のバイポーラ・ショットキー TTL と同じ高速動作を実現します。ピンの構成と機能は MC74VHC00 と同じですが、入力にはヒステリシスがあり、シュミット・トリガ機能により、VHC132 は低速入力信号を受信するライン・レシーバとして使用できます。内部回路は、高ノイズ耐量と安定出力を実現するバッファ出力を含む、3 つの段から成ります。入力は最大 7V まで耐えることができ、5V システムから 3V システムへのインタフェースが可能です。

  • High Speed: tPD = 4.9ns (Typ) at VCC = 5V
  • Low Power Dissipation: ICC = 2µA (Max) at TA = 25 C
  • High Noise Immunity: VNIH = VNIL = 28% VCC
  • Power Down Protection Provided on Inputs
  • Balanced Propagation Delays
  • Designed for 2V to 5.5V Operating Range
  • Low Noise: VOLP = 0.8V (Max)
  • Pin and Function Compatible with Other Standard Logic Families
  • Latchup Performance Exceeds 300mA
  • ESD Performance: HBM > 2000V; Machine Model > 200V
  • Chip Complexity: 72 FETs or 18 Equivalent Gates
  • Pb-Free Packages are Available
