Overview

MC74VHC1G03 は、高度なシリコンゲート CMOS 技術で製造された、先進の高速 CMOS 2 入力 NOR ゲートであり、オープンドレイン出力を備えています。 内部回路は、出力スイッチング・レベルを設定する機能を実現するオープンドレイン出力を含む、複数の段から成ります。これにより、MC74VHC1G03 を使用して、5 V 回路から、外付け抵抗とを電源を使用する VCC ～ 5.5 V のいずれかの電圧の回路へのインタフェースが可能です。 MC74VHC1G03 の入力構造により、最大 5.5 Vの電圧が印加された場合にも、電源電圧に関係なく保護されます。
