Overview

MC74VHC1G09 は、シリコンゲート CMOS 技術で製造された先進の高速 CMOS 2 入力 AND ゲートで、オープンドレイン出力を備えています。CMOS の低電力消費を維持したまま、同等のバイポーラ・ショットキ TTL と同じ高速動作を実現します。内部回路は、出力スイッチング・レベルを設定する機能を実現するオープンドレイン出力を含む、3 つの段から成ります。これにより、MC74VHC1G09 を使用して、5 V 回路から、外部抵抗器とを電源を使用する VCC ～ 5.5V の電圧の回路へのインタフェースが可能です。MC74VHC1G09 の入力構造により、最大 5.5 V の電圧が印加された場合にも、電源電圧に関係なく保護されます。
