Overview

NC7SVL08は低-ICCT 入力設計のシングルの2入力ANDゲートで、フェアチャイルドのTinyLogic® のUltra-Low Power (ULP-A)に属しています。 NC7SVL08は入力電圧がVCCへの供給より低い場合でも、静止電流が非常に小さいことを特徴としています。 この機能によって、モバイル機器ハンドセット用途に使用でき、ベースバンドプロセッサー汎用I/Oとの直接インターフェースを可能にします。 モバイル機器はバッテリー電源に依存していますが、NC7SVL08を使えば、混合電圧レール環境での電力損失を小さくする点で役立ちます。この製品は幅広い低電圧動作 (0.9V～3.6V VCC)、高ドライブのニーズ (最大24mA)、速度 (最大伝播遅延 3.5ns、VCC=3.3V) に基づいて設計されています。 低いCMOS電力消費を維持しつつ、この性能を達成します。
