Overview

NC7SZ57 および NC7SZ58 はユニバーサル構成に対応した 2 入力ロジック・ゲートです。各デバイスは 5 種類の 2 入力ロジック機能の 1 つに構成できます。「ファンクション選択テーブル」に示すとおり、どのような 2 入力組み合わせロジック機能でも実装できます。デバイスの機能は、そのデバイスが基板レベルでどのように配線されているかによって選択されます。すべての入力は、ヒステリシスとともに実装されています。 高度な CMOS テクノロジーで製造されていることで、高出力ドライブでの超高速を達成しながら、VCC 動作範囲が広い中でも低静電力損失を維持します。VCC 動作範囲 1.65V ～ 5.5V で動作する仕様になっています。VCC が 0V の場合の入出力は高インピーダンスです。入力耐性は VCC 動作電圧とは関係なく最大 5.5V です。
