Overview

NC7WZ86 は、当社の超高速シリーズ TinyLogic® のデュアル 2 入力排他 OR ゲートです。高度な CMOS テクノロジで製造されていることで、高出力ドライブでの超高速を達成しながら、VCC 動作範囲が非常に広い中でも低静電力損失を維持します。VCC 動作範囲 1.65V ～ 5.5V で動作する仕様になっています。VCC が 0V の場合の入出力は高インピーダンスです。入力耐性は VCC 動作電圧とは関係なく最大 7V です。
