Overview

NL17SH08 は高度なシリコン・ゲート CMOS 技術で製造された高性能な高速 CMOS 2 入力 AND ゲートです。内部回路は、高ノイズ耐量と安定出力を実現するバッファ出力を含む、複数の段から成ります。NL17SH08 の入力構造により、最大 7.0V の電圧が印加された場合にも、電源電圧に関係なく保護されます。これにより、NL17SH08 を使用して 5.0 V 回路から 3.0 V 回路へのインタフェースが可能です。

  • High Speed: tPD = 3.5 ns (Typ) at VCC = 5.0 V
  • Low Power Dissipation: ICC = 1.0 uA (Max) at TA = 25C
  • Power Down Protection Provided on Inputs
  • Balanced Propagation Delays
  • Pin and Function Compatible with Other Standard Logic Families
