Overview

NL27WZU04 は、1.65 〜 5.5 V 電源で動作する高性能デュアル・バッファなしインバータです。このデバイスはデュアル・バッファなしインバータで構成されています。他のデバイスと組み合わせる、または MC74LCXU04 ヘックス・バッファ無しインバータに収納すれば、これらのデバイスは、共振器、パルス整形器など、 アナログ・モードのデジタル・パーツを必要とするアプリケーションとしての使用に最適です。複雑性が低いため、パーツごとに均一なアナログ性能になります。純粋なデジタル・アプリケーションには、NL17SZ04、NL27WZ04、NL37WZ04 または MC74LCX04 を推奨します。電流駆動能力は出力で 24 mA です。
