Overview

LCX138 は高速 1/8 デコーダ／デマルチプレクサです。このデバイスは高速メモリ・チップ・セレクト・アドレス・デコードに最適です。複数の入力イネーブルにより、LCX138 デバイス 3 つだけを使用して 1/24 デコーダに、LCX138 デバイス 4 つとインバータ 1 つを使用して 1/32 デコーダに並列拡張が可能です。74LCX138 は、高度な CMOS 技術で製造されており、CMOS の低電力消費を維持したまま高速動作を実現します。
