MC74AC138/74ACT138 は高速 1/8 デコーダ/デマルチプレクサです。この デバイスは高速バイポーラ・メモリ・チップ・セレクト・アドレス・デコードに最適です。 複数の入力イネーブルにより、MC74AC138/74ACT138 デバイス 3 つだけを使用して 1/24 デコーダに、MC74AC138/ 74ACT138 デバイス 4 つとインバータ 1 つを使用して 1/32 デコーダに並列拡張が可能です。
