Overview

MC54/74HC251 のピンアウトは LS251 と同等です。デバイス入力は標準 CMOS 出力に対応、プルアップ抵抗があれば LSTTL 出力に対応します。このデバイスは、8 つのバイナリ・データ入力からアドレス入力により決定された 1 つを選択します。出力イネーブル・ピンは出力で表示するために選択したデータに合わせて低レベルにする必要があります。出力イネーブルが HIGH になると、Y および Y 出力は高インピーダンス状態になります。この 3 ステート機能により HC251 はバス向けシステムで使用できます。HC251 は 3 ステート出力がない HC251 と機能的に似ています。
