Body & Interior
Body Computer Modules
Body Computer Modules (BCMs) have become the information management and communication hubs for today’s light vehicles. BCMs manage a variety of body (mirror, door, and trunk), interior (lighting, rear HVAC, rear control), convenience (lighting, running board, window shades), and security (remote keyless entry, immobilizer, alarm) functions within the vehicle.
Light vehicle locks, windows and mirrors are no longer mechanically operated. In today’s environment, the window, mirror, and seat controls are an integral part of the vehicle.
Fuse & Relay Replacement
Mechanical relays and fuses have been part of light vehicle electrical systems for decades. Neither methodology for switching and protecting is optimal for today’s cars, trucks, and SUVs with pervasive electronics.
