NCP781BMN050TAGEVB: NCP781 5V Very High Voltage Tolerant Linear Regulator with Enable Function Demoboard

The demoboard supports the very high−voltage tolerant linear regulator NCP781 in DFN6 3.3 x 3.3 package with fixed output voltage 5.0 V. The ENABLE function allows turn the device to low consumption mode with quiescent current about 1 uA. The device is able to withstand continuous DC or transient input voltages up to 150 V. The small output capacitor 0.1 uF is sufficient for stable behavior and allows smaller PCB design at space constraining applications.
