Shenzhen Factory is a wholly-owned subsidiary of American onsemi group, was founded in September 1984 and located in Nanshan district, Shenzhen. Shenzhen site is the first foreign invested enterprise in semiconductor industry in China and produce Power Integrated Modules, EV module products.

Suzhou
Manufacturing

Suzhou Factory is a wholly-owned subsidiary of American onsemi group, established in Feb. 2002 and located in Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu. Suzhou site produce worldwide technology leading intelligent power modules, automotive modules and Sic products. Besides Assembly & Test manufacturing, there are a Product & Test Development Center, a Package & Process Development Center and Reliability & Failure Analysis Laboratories.

Leshan Factory is joint venture of onsemi and Leshan Radio Company Ltd. and founded in 1995 and located in Leshan, Sichuan. Leshan site is one of the pioneer semiconductor assembly and test companies in China and produce micro-packages including multiple platforms of SOT, SOD, SC, DFN, etc. series of products.
