We are committed to promoting an environment of open and honest communication so that issues may be identified and addressed and individuals can speak without fear of retaliation.

At onsemi, we are committed to maintaining a culture of integrity and respect where individuals (sometimes referred to as “reporters” or “whistleblowers”) are encouraged to speak up, seek guidance, ask questions, raise concerns, and report incidents on a confidential basis and without fear. We have zero tolerance for retaliatory behaviors as our non-retaliation policy is intended to protect such individuals who report in good faith (i.e., with honesty, sincerity and completely to the best of one’s knowledge) any suspected or actual misconduct or wrongdoing.  Misconduct or wrongdoings relate to violations of our Code of Business Conduct, our corporate policies and procedures, or applicable laws and regulations in countries where we have operations. This protection also extends to individuals who cooperate or who otherwise participate in an investigation (such as a witness or information source) or others as required by local law. All reports, whether anonymous or not, will be handled discreetly, timely and professionally.
