Overview

この系列のMOSゲート高電圧スイッチングデバイスは、MOSFETの最高機能とバイポーラートランジスターを組み合わせています。 このデバイスは、MOSFETの入力インピーダンスが高く、バイポーラートランジスターのオン状態導電損失が低いです。 はるかに低いオン状態の電圧降下は、25°C～150°Cでわずかに変化します。使用されているIGBTは、開発型TA49123です。 IGBTとアンチパラレルで使用されるダイオードは開発型TA49188です。IGBTは、低い導電損失が重要である、適度な周波数で動作する、多くの高電圧スイッチング用途に適しています。旧開発型TA49182。
